#FashOnFood
Hiya!!! Just on Thursday I attend the London College of Fashion FashOnFood Event and it was so eye opening debating about the relationship between fashion and food. Made me wonder about many things. The subject ended up being centered around the subject of sustainability. I'm just thinking how can people afford organic good? I mean, I am a full time student living in city of London, yes, that means EXPENSES! Yes, it's true, I am a scrimper, even tough I like to indulge on some things at times, I tend to go for cheaper goods because I am just not able to afford the slightly higher priced shit as I'd like to, like in the cases of many people living in this town. I still do the bits I can aka. recycling. The panel and the audience went on for about a good 2hrs before it was over...and here are some photos I took with my camera :)
It all started with an invitation
Then a snog
The aftermath - Managed to snap a couple of photos of the panel
The talent at LCF
And of course me, xx
All taken place at the Oxford Circus Campus

Updates
Hiiii :) I'm slowly crawling out of my shell and posting again. Not long ago I posted about these Zara heels that I so much wanted to include in my growing shoe collections, and guess what? I got them :) As beautifully sculptured these beauties are, I am just not able to walk properly in them without looking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame (via the veins poppin in my foot, ouch!).
As bitterly uncomfortable as they are for me, I have decided to return them, but they will be forever loved xx
Other bits and bobs, like these SUPER FUN wedges from H&M I absolutely adore, just adore
On top of being super cute, they are also super comfy and I could seriously shop in them all day long!
And finally, when I say that I am still settling, I really mean it, look how messy the new place is :/
XX, ps. Also on INSTAGRAM (which im hooked on) ----> @labelloola

It's all in the details
An update about what I've been up to in the past 2/3 weeks...I'm still adjusting to the new area and the new flat. Yet to be a home because I've got quite a few bits and bobs to do.
So far, I made my own curtains, got plants in the house (real ones, can't do fake flowers/plants) If you're following me on Twitter you'll see what I'm talking about. Again like I said, some bits and bobs and hopefully by the end of this month everything will be sorted out!
Here are some photos I took when I went to my old place to get my mail...
Will be back in action very soon! xx

Another new & exciting beginning (quick post)
With an empty closet at sight, it can only mean one thing. I am officially moving in my new flat!! So excited!! Since high school, I always wondered how it would be like to be an independent woman living on her own. At 22, now I know and it feels so(oooh) good. It's not gonna be easy at first, especially with the fact that my rent is 95% of my income, but it is SO WORTH IT to me.
Can't wait to start making it a home, my home, and share with yall :) For the time being still have to get some last things done before the moving van gets here. xx

Another dress
Basic dress up in a little dress I got from H&M long ago. And notice the hair too, yeap, also a basic. I tend to do the same style especially in a rush ;/ but time to change that up a little bit too. These photos were taken last week, while walking home, we stopped in front of a random red door and this was the outcome...
Changes...
Got polka? I do...
Also, I am going to let these really, really comfy flats rest for a while
Then a little twirl...
And a goodbye, xx

The girl with the blue scarf
A cold day spent at the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill to see The Body Adorned exhibition. The museum also has a beautiful park where these photos were taken with me wearing M&S clothes except my top (from Primark) and the shoes (from New Look) that I have worn over and over again because they are so darn comfy.
Trying a touch of colors. It's not a lot, but it's a start

On the other hand, I am absolutely excited about so many things at the moment. First and most important, my 3 weeks holiday in June to Indianapolis. Can't wait! and my new place that I'll hopefully move in next week Sunday. I feel like I'm starting new again and hopefully my new place will be a place that I can finally call home away from home.
