Today has been such a great day! The weather is getting warmer with a touch of breeze here and then, so I'm not complaining.
With all my interviews for university done with, I can finally relax a bit and start making new goals & plans for this summer.


Got my necklace at M&S, I absolutely LOOOVe it! and the ring was a purchase from the flea market in Paris

Can you tell how happy I am wearing my M&S faux faur/flats + Tommy Hilfiger belt + H&M maxy skirt + Primark basic ?
Want to know why? Well it's because I was offered a conditional place at The London College of Fashion!!!!
I was over the moon when I found out, started to scream in class :b
Just goes to prove that nothing is impossible, YAY ME!

Born in the 80's but loving the 90's

With LFW going on at the moment, there are loads of buzz about what's trending (ps. Neon is set to hit a high this summer), what's in (prints) and what's out (mom's jeans?). I do believe that knowing what's out there is an essential part of fashion because One's got to know what's going on and stay current, however, I also believe that One doesn't necessarily have to join in the 'trend wagon'. One can rock all the trends she wants whenever and One definitely rocks the trends she is, the 'Do You' trend. Ain't nothing hotter than that :)

Can you read my mind?

With only a week left, I am extremely focused on making sure that my stuff is right and well put together. Honestly, I feel so much pressure because getting into university is all I aspire at this moment. It's the next chapter in my life and to get into my first choice would be an unbelievable achivement.
So much pressure I am telling you...but I keep thinking that, in fact, stressing will get me nowhere. Only working hard and staying determined will get me anywhere I'd like to be. And also munching on chocolate and sipping warm green tea will keep me level headed in this painful, sad and cold weather.

I honestly have so much work to do and so little time left, but then again nothing is impossible. Despite all, today was a good day and I was told the funniest thing ever. So I am taking time to dedicate this little post to my one and only 'Jsuis tout nu et je fais 90 kilos' :D You are simply the best! *hint: the hearts*


I got my super duper cute top at a local market in Paris, the skirt + boots from M&S, the belt from Goodwill and the gold locket was a gift from my super duper awesome sister who lives in Indiana *big shout out to her*

Stripes and stars

As I've mentioned before, I love America!!! The culture, the people, the malls...I miss CVS, Dollar Store, Lafayette, Burlington Coat Factory...And recently, my symptoms of 'Americahomesick' have become very frequent. I haven't gone back since I graduated high school in 2007. I loved living there and with these American flag prints nearly everywhere I go, I've decided to plan a trip to Indianapolis in June to visit my family and friends. So cheers to that!
