You say hello, and I say goodbye...

This was last weekend when I went to Greenwich with my lovely tomato.
My dress is from Goodwill.  I got it recently while I was on my latest shopping spree fest in Indianapolis, worn here with my T.J.Maxx bargain boots that I also found while on a shopping spree rampage with my sisters.

Lots more to come soon! X

After work time, it's play time

A marketing school project I was working on. Designing for a market. One of the most stressful time ever especially on the hand in day, I was rushing in between campuses to drop all my assignments, life of a student... But once I finished my toile, I experienced the most relaxing and happiest feeling, making it so worth it! I think I did good (pat on my back).

After all the hard work, I could only reward myself with a trip to Indiana!!! I miss my nieces and nephew, my family and friends, the bf, the food, the culture...If anything, it's been the hardest thing I have had to deal with, the emotions. I hate being away from the ones I love, from home. It's honestly the most depressing feeling and it is the major factor that gives me thoughts of leaving London, quitting, just going away and not want to come back. However on the other hand, I have so much going on right now that I can't just give up and go back to basics. "No no no...This is just part of growing up" I keep reminding myself. I'm leaving this upcoming Monday and I'll be there for the holidays. I'm so happy :)

Again and again

Here we go again. I can't stop babbling about my wonderful time in Indiana...It's been over month now and reality has started to set in. Back to work and I start university next month, which I am really psyched about, majoring in Fashion Design and Marketing :) I'm still sorting out the last bits of my student finance...I still can't get over Indiana, such a relaxing holiday. Especially being there on the 4th of July, it was baking hot, my kind of weather! celebrating with one of my really good friends, Lynds, I just adore her! we were total sports with our outfits, red white and blue :)

Summer love

Saying that I had a good time in Indianapolis is an understatement. I had a blast! I really didn't even want to come back to London. The hot weather, over sized portions, sweet hellos and goodbyes of the people, late night drivings...I miss it all. But back to the story, Summer Love. G and I have known each other since high school :) a high school crush it was. I love the feelings I feel when I'm with him :) We saw each other every day when I was in Indi and as a bit 'cliché' as it might be to write about this, I just can't help myself...
So here's to the time we spent together

Recap of my time in Indianapolis

While I was in Indi, I went to the Jukebox. It's like a little hidden place to live music and may I say that the spot was rocking and it had a great vibe! One of the bands playing that night was called Mars or the Moon and I was so privileged to meet them. Local celebrities in my eyes :)
Lani, singing her heart out. She is so talented! I honestly got goose bumps, especially when they played 'Ray'.

And before I say 'see you later', here is a quick pic of what I will be blabbing about in my next post, Summer Love :). Here's G. A funny, goofy, handsome, charming and lovable guy I spent time with the whole time I was in Indiana.

Once more

I have been away for a while, having the time of my life. As I mentioned before, I used to live in Indianapolis for years before leaving after graduating high school. So being that it's summer, school is out til September and that I happen to have 3 weeks off work, I went to Indiana and spent my 3 weeks there and 'Oh my goodness' where do I start? This was honestly the best summer I have had since I can remember. Over the upcoming days, I will be posting photos of my trip in Indiana and the things I was up to, the lovely people I met and my wonderful friends and family I spent time with :) Now that I am back in London, I honestly feel a bit Indi-sick as I miss my time there...it was very short lived but amazingly memorable...and without further say here are some of the memories from the city of Indianapolis.

Me and my super cute niece on top of the monument, bear in mind that I dreadfully fear heights, but it actually wasn't so bad, probably because I was so EXCITED to be in Indiana :b
