Summer love
Saying that I had a good time in Indianapolis is an understatement. I had a blast! I really didn't even want to come back to London. The hot weather, over sized portions, sweet hellos and goodbyes of the people, late night drivings...I miss it all. But back to the story, Summer Love. G and I have known each other since high school :) a high school crush it was. I love the feelings I feel when I'm with him :) We saw each other every day when I was in Indi and as a bit 'cliché' as it might be to write about this, I just can't help myself...
So here's to the time we spent together

Recap of my time in Indianapolis
While I was in Indi, I went to the Jukebox. It's like a little hidden place to live music and may I say that the spot was rocking and it had a great vibe!
One of the bands playing that night was called Mars or the Moon and I was so privileged to meet them. Local celebrities in my eyes :)
Lani, singing her heart out. She is so talented! I honestly got goose bumps, especially when they played 'Ray'.
Still can't pronounce this right :b
Then we played pool
But do check out Mars or the Moon, they are seriously AMAZING that I even asked for a CD!
I'm a HUGE fan of theirs
And before I say 'see you later', here is a quick pic of what I will be blabbing about in my next post, Summer Love :). Here's G. A funny, goofy, handsome, charming and lovable guy I spent time with the whole time I was in Indiana.
Til then, xx.

Once more
I have been away for a while, having the time of my life. As I mentioned before, I used to live in Indianapolis for years before leaving after graduating high school. So being that it's summer, school is out til September and that I happen to have 3 weeks off work, I went to Indiana and spent my 3 weeks there and 'Oh my goodness' where do I start?
This was honestly the best summer I have had since I can remember. Over the upcoming days, I will be posting photos of my trip in Indiana and the things I was up to, the lovely people I met and my wonderful friends and family I spent time with :)
Now that I am back in London, I honestly feel a bit Indi-sick as I miss my time there...it was very short lived but amazingly memorable...and without further say here are some of the memories from the city of Indianapolis.
Approaching Monument Circle
My sister Margo and her little princess
Me and my super cute niece on top of the monument, bear in mind that I dreadfully fear heights, but it actually wasn't so bad, probably because I was so EXCITED to be in Indiana :b
what a wonderful view of the city!
Stay tuned for more, xx

#FashOnFood
Hiya!!! Just on Thursday I attend the London College of Fashion FashOnFood Event and it was so eye opening debating about the relationship between fashion and food. Made me wonder about many things. The subject ended up being centered around the subject of sustainability. I'm just thinking how can people afford organic good? I mean, I am a full time student living in city of London, yes, that means EXPENSES! Yes, it's true, I am a scrimper, even tough I like to indulge on some things at times, I tend to go for cheaper goods because I am just not able to afford the slightly higher priced shit as I'd like to, like in the cases of many people living in this town. I still do the bits I can aka. recycling. The panel and the audience went on for about a good 2hrs before it was over...and here are some photos I took with my camera :)
It all started with an invitation
Then a snog
The aftermath - Managed to snap a couple of photos of the panel
The talent at LCF
And of course me, xx

Updates
Hiiii :) I'm slowly crawling out of my shell and posting again. Not long ago I posted about these Zara heels that I so much wanted to include in my growing shoe collections, and guess what? I got them :) As beautifully sculptured these beauties are, I am just not able to walk properly in them without looking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame (via the veins poppin in my foot, ouch!).
As bitterly uncomfortable as they are for me, I have decided to return them, but they will be forever loved xx
Other bits and bobs, like these SUPER FUN wedges from H&M I absolutely adore, just adore
On top of being super cute, they are also super comfy and I could seriously shop in them all day long!
And finally, when I say that I am still settling, I really mean it, look how messy the new place is :/
XX, ps. Also on INSTAGRAM (which im hooked on) ----> @labelloola

It's all in the details
An update about what I've been up to in the past 2/3 weeks...I'm still adjusting to the new area and the new flat. Yet to be a home because I've got quite a few bits and bobs to do.
So far, I made my own curtains, got plants in the house (real ones, can't do fake flowers/plants) If you're following me on Twitter you'll see what I'm talking about. Again like I said, some bits and bobs and hopefully by the end of this month everything will be sorted out!
Here are some photos I took when I went to my old place to get my mail...
Will be back in action very soon! xx
